The apartment itself is available all year round.

The accommodation on the first floor comprises of a kitchenette/diner with fridge, microwave, hotplate etc. You can access the sunny balcony from here, overlooking the garden. Joining this is the comfortable double bedded room (can be changed to twin beds if required) with vanity unit/wash basin. This leads to the separate shower room with toilet.

A WiFi connection is available if you wish to take advantage of it.

Although the front of the house faces on to a main road the apartment, being at the back, does not suffer from invasive traffic noise. If you do not have transport and wish to visit or explore the local countryside we are agreeable to play chauffeur!

Cleaning, Laundry and linen hire

Euros  30 per let

Conditions:

All prices are per week, inclusive of electricity and water.  Bed linen and towels are provided. Longer lets are possible and the price is subject to negotiation, depending on the length of your stay. A charge of Euros 30 per let will be made for laundry, linen hire and cleaning

Arrival & Departure:

The apartment will be ready from 14:30 onwards and should be vacated by 10:00 on the day of your departure.  Please try to give us as accurate as possible an idea of your time of arrival. Tel: +33 (0) 467 49 36 44

Cancellation:

Please note that we will be unable to offer you a refund if you cancel your booking less than four weeks before your arrival date, unless we are able to obtain an alternative booking for the  same period.  We recommend that you take out your own cancellation insurance.

Security Deposit:

A key deposit to the value of Euros150, in cash, is required on arrival, to secure against breakages, loss and damage.  This deposit is refundable on departure.

Insurance:

No insurance cover is provided.  All personal effects are your own responsibility at all times, all equipment is used at your own risk.

Payment:

25% deposit on booking - the balance is payable four weeks prior to your arrival.
